What happens if I exceed the appointment limit for my plan?

If you exceed your limit, upgrade or purchase more slots without losing access to appointments.

Is there a free trial for the paid plans?

The free trial for the paid plans lasts for 21 days. After the trial period ends, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue accessing the features provided by the service.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

To cancel your AOT subscription, kindly use the chat widget below and one of our support associates will assist you right away.

Can I Check and Export my Client’s Attendance Based on Location?

You can generate reports about your client attendance based on booking location, paid or unpaid, canceled and active, and staff assigned.

How to handle the payment confirmation for the cash/bank transfer option?

The payment by cash option is meant for when payment is taken offline (outside of the system).

Where to check all unpaid/pay later orders?

To check for unpaid orders, from the bookings report, you can view the status of all orders. Use the filter under Order Status to check Paid/Unpaid customers.
